I spoke up for him and replied that "Yes, he's a beautiful boy who likes to have his nails done". I was SHOCKED AND HORRIFIED AT THE HOMOPHOBIC TREATMENT BY THE STAFF WHEN THE LADY THEN LAUGHED AT MY SON AND ELBOWED HER COWORKER NEXT TO HER. For a moment he was quiet, and then replied sadly, "Yes, I am a boy". About five minutes into the manicure, the lady who was doing his nails asked him *VERY RUDELY* - ARE YOU A BOY? Never mind that he had a pin that said - "birthday boy" and had been referred to as HE by the same woman when asking if HE wanted his nails done. Which then they asked twice more if it was him that wanted to get his nails done - I replied for him because he was about to cry, Yes, he would like to get his nails done and he has color all picked out - professionally and politely hoping they would stop the HOMOPHOBIC ATTITUDE. When I replied twice that yes, he would like to get his nails done, we were lead back to a nail tech who was beyond rude. The staff was snotty and kept asking if it was HIM that wanted to get his nails done.

*THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER* I took my son for a manicure for his birthday because he is young and sweet and loves the pretty look of nails which are painted. Needless to say, I will never be going back. I have never been treated like this before at any other nail salons. At that point I had enough and told her I understood everything and that she didn't know what she was doing. She even started calling me names and saying it was my fault that the polish didn't go on right. The owner and lady who did my nails started to talk about me in Vietnamese without knowing that I understood what they were saying.

I then told the owner that I didn't like my nail polish and asked for it to be taken off. I told them if they couldn't fit me in they should've said so from the beginning. On top of that, they proceeded to tell me that they weren't going to give me a pedi because it was time to close. Her response was to put on another coat, which didn't help. It was extremely streaky and I asked her why. Things were going fine until she started putting on the polish. I told them a shellac mani and regular pedi. I came in and they asked me what services I wanted. The owner and workers are so unprofessional. I would give this place negative stars if I could. About how unprofessional, rude and lack of customer service this place has. I will never ever go back to that place again and I spread the word around to anyone that will listen. I could not believe how unprofessional and rude he was to me. His head was buried in his lap as he was texting on his phone he raised his head and barked at me "no I'm the manager now give me a minute"! I was completely is stunned and I'm sure my jaw dropped to the floor I had no words to say. I said so you're in seat #1 I'm assuming that you're the owner. So after I came back from washing my hands I sat back down in the chair and tried to make small talk with him. In fact he never try to make any conversation with me at all. Never apologized for it and just proceeded to keep going even after I yelled ouch. He was very rough and yes he burned my nails from going so fast. I knew I was in trouble when he started using the Dremel at a high rate of speed. He kept trying to upsell me on the pink and white powder French manicure when I kept telling him all I wanted was the painted French manicure. He arrived 20 minutes late and immediately seemed annoyed that I was sitting at his table. When I got there they told me to sit at #1.
